Our Meals for the Week

Are you trying to figure out what to have for supper this week. Here is our meal plan for the week maybe one of these will spark your interest.

Monday- Roast Beef Dinner with Mashed Potatoes, Peas and Ceaser Salad

Tuesday- Honey Garlic Pork Chops with Rice and Green Beans 

Wednesday- Chicken on Cabatta Buns with Mixed Baby Greens and Tots
Have you ever tried a Cabatta bun oh they are great. You can get them at Sobeys but the really good ones are at Cosco 

Thursday-  Taco Salad 

Friday- Pure Pork Sausage and Wagon Wheel Pasta 

I have been roasting vegetables this last week and have been really loving them. Carrots, Snap Peas, Asparagus, Cauliflower, most of them I just toss in olive oil and roast on a cookie sheet or small dish pan and cook for 15-20 minutes on 425*.
